Are you a new mom and looking for a good playard for your little one?
When it comes to having little ones, I am very familiar as I have five kids of my own. I have a friend who is due in a few months with her first little one and she was very excited that I was able to get her a playard for him or her.
This is the Gladly Family Merritt travel crib and playard and is very well made and is easy enough to put together. It did not take me long at all to get it put together for her once we got it out of the carrying bag that it comes in/with. I love the style of this one and so does she! It's only $249.99 on the Gladly website and is very well worth it.
One of the best inventions that I loved when my younger kids were babies that brands have made in their playards is the bassinet, which is perfect for newborn age babies and is safe and secure for them to lay/sleep comfortably in while you're getting a few things done in the house. This is in the top part of the playard that the bassinet goes.
The next best thing in this playard for all parents to love about it is that it has a baby changer on it, which makes it super convenient for you to safely place baby in it to be able to change a diaper and/or an outfit. I always loved that aspect of a playard especially with my younger two kids; it definitely made life easier as a mom!
The storage piece that goes on the side of this playard is great for adding diapers, wipes, and diaper rash cream into; or an outfit for baby when needed as well. Very helpful and convenient to have.
As you can see, it is nicely folded up and velcroed in this final picture below for the playard. It is a little on the heavy side, but that I think is because it is well made and has a lot to offer in it.
