Making a Fun Spyglass for an Activity for the Release of Santiago of the Seas

*Disclaimer - I received the products in this post as part of a fun campaign for the upcoming release of Santiago and the Seas!

My oldest daughter and 5 year old were building their own spyglass made out of cardboard, toilet paper inner tubes, paint and craft rope.

She did her best to color the toilet paper rolls as much as she could, and then she put them together with the provided craft rope which we loved using. Our kids are looking forward to watching Santiago of the Seas, and this was a fun activity to do with them.

Our 5 year old loves pirates, so this one was especially fun for him to help with!

They had fun pretending they were pirates and showing off the end result of the craft.

Enjoy the trailer for Santiago of the Seas!

Our daughter learned how to write her name in Spanish as you can see below.
