Our Top 5 Favorite Netflix Shows for Older Kids

When it comes to TV, our older two kids don't do a LOT of watching but after school, if they don't want to go play outside or be at the park, they turn on Netflix. 

What shows do your kids like on Netflix?

Our kids love to enjoy some of their shows after school and in the evenings, so I want to share with you their favorites. They are 10 and 11 years old, so it'd be in the older kids category.

Here are Our Top 5 Favorite Netflix Shows for Older Kids:

1. Creeped Out - Our 10-year-old loves this show and got me liking it too! It's a pretty creepy show but is a fun one too. It's definitely for ages 9+ or so. 

2. Liv and Maddie - This one has been on Netflix for quite some time now, but it's a great and fun show for older kids and I enjoy this one as well. Our 11-year-old son enjoys this one too. 

3. Alexa and Katie - This one has been a big favorite of our daughter and me for a year or two now. It's about a teenage girl and her best friend; one of them has cancer and goes through chemo treatments, and it just shows the journey of a strong family and friendship.

4. Goosebumps - This is a long time favorite movie of mine that they made into a series, so we are still watching these sometimes throughout the week, and enjoy the adventures. 

5. Mako Mermaids: An H2O Adventure - This is a fun show to follow along with, especially if your kids enjoy mermaids and the way that they live. This follows 3 girls who are mermaids.
