Are you looking for a good book about babies and toddlers?

I have a 10 month old and a toddler as well, and absolutely love this book and all the answers it has to my questions I've had off and on with both ages, even though we have four kids.

You maybe asking yourself; I'm breastfeeding but don't know how much my baby is getting. How do I know my infant is eating enough?

Well, as having breastfed one child and 10 months into nursing my second nursed baby, I know this all too well. My simple answer is to nurse on demand, not on a schedule. Your baby will let you know if he or she is still hungry. Also, a good way to know if baby is getting enough milk is the number of wet diapers a day. As long as he or she has at least 6 - 9 wet diapers per day, you'll know baby is getting plenty of milk during feedings.
