ReplyDeleteGreat ideas! My oldest has the Fire tablet and he LOVES it. We really need those DVD players for our next road trip, and also that lap desk. And Paw Patrol is perfect!
ReplyDeleteMy kids are older now but wish we had some of these when they were little Road trips can be challenging no matter what age.
ReplyDeleteI always pack crayons and activities, snacks, and I bring my iPad with movies on it. Makes a long road trip not so boring!
ReplyDeleteWe always have lots of snacks, books and activity books. The iPad is also a necessity for long trips!
ReplyDeleteActivity packs and a portable DVD player are always in our bag for long road trips!! They keep my son happy when we are in the car for those long drives :)

ReplyDeleteI love that travel lap tray! That would really help eliminate some of the mess they leave behind when they eat snacks on the road.
ReplyDeleteRound trips can be tough to go on with children! I went on two 10 hour each way road trips last year (Maryland to Florida, and Maryland to Tennessee), and I came up with survival tips too. Stopping and having mini-vacations along the way helped!

ReplyDeleteMy kiddos have to have their electronics for any long term car rides! It serves as a great distraction and makes the time go much faster! We also like to bring snacks! lol

ReplyDeleteWe do a lot of traveling in the summer months and this list is a great one! Our tablets for the kids are a huge help, and coloring stuff is always a hit with the kids too.
