I had been looking for what seemed like months for the perfect gift for my mom, for Christmas. She loves Belgian waffles and working with Cuisinart is amazing. 

I found the perfect gift, known as the Breakfast Express Belgian Waffle and Omelet Maker which can be bought HERE for just $109.65!! 

This is the best product for a quick and easy breakfast for moms everywhere, as well as kids. I absolutely LOVE this product. It makes a deep pocket, 1 inch Belgian waffle and on the opposite side of the waffle maker it will make a omelet of your choice. The browning control has a 6 settings for custom cooking, from light to dark. There are two knobs, one for each side. This maker has 1400 watts of power.

Look at the product after it's done cooking! I simply used a buttermilk pancake mix and followed the instructions, and added about 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to add extra flavor. I love vanilla and it was DELICIOUS!
