I was bad with drinking water a lot while I breastfed, but with new baby I definitely will thanks to this great water bottle to motivate me! I have started drinking more water in general just because it's a good habit to get into. Nursing is great, but the thing about it is you need to make sure that you're eating an extra 200 calories per day, and staying plenty hydrated!
