I got the size 6 - 12 months which fits him really well. The shirt or onesie in this design comes in size newborn and goes up to size adult 3XL. I love onesies and it's nice to know that they make them for bigger sizes for people that need them for their baby. This can be an outfit for a girl or boy as it looks gender neutral to me. It's pretty soft to the touch, and is easy to wash and doesn't shrink in the wash or dryer like some may do.
